Rockwell Automation’s strategy is to work with a limited number of distributors. Based on this closer working relationship, Rockwell Automation expects the distributor to have an in depth understanding of the market they serve and to invest in building customer relationships in that market. As a result, the distributor is able to develop a collaborative relationship with customers to provide integrated supply, product aggregation, automation sophistication and local support.“We are happy to establish an alliance with Routeco in the Netherlands. We were looking for a dedicated distributor in the Netherlands, and Routeco is seeking to broaden their EMEA footprint so this is an ideal solution for all parties and will enhance greatly our customer service.
