The modular safety solution consists of an SCP 020 Safety CPU, which monitors the application and controls the respective safe I/Os. Here, the SDI 100 with ten, two-channel digital inputs and the STO 040 with four two-channel relay outputs as well as a module with two two-channel rely outputs are available.The S-DIAS Safety system is designed for the highest safety requirements and can be seamlessly and flexibly integrated into the standard system of the series, says the company. Through this integration, the shortest signal processing reaction times are reached – stated to be in the range of a few milliseconds. The S-DIAS Safety system is suited to use in various industries and is TÜV-certified in accordance with SIL 3, SIL CL3 in accordance with IEC 62061 and EN ISO 13849-1, Category 4, PL e.
