NI offers free one-day technical symposiums in the UK and Ireland

30 January 2013

National Instruments Technical Symposium is a free, one-day professional development series for engineers and scientists. Content for the event is drawn from most popular sessions at NIDays 2012, the annual professional development conference and exhibition for engineers, scientists and educators.

The 2013 symposium offers in-depth technical sessions and hands-on training covering the latest in test, control and design. Delegates will be able to learn about the most recent NI software and hardware innovations, which offer greater flexibility, faster development and increased system performance.

This seminar is suited to engineers, scientists and technicans involved in designing test and control systems, including existing users and vendors of virtual instrumentation products. Additionally, symposium attendees can gain an update on what's new from NI and have an opportunity to meet with a local NI field engineer.

Presentations will include an overview of the new features offered in LabView 2012; Tips for validating mathematical theory in the real world; Developing high performance test and RF applications using LabVIEW FPGA; Addressing the Hardware Challenge for Embedded Control and Monitoring Systems; and information on ten functions that will handle 80% of your DAQ application.

UK dates for the symposiums are:
Newbury - Tuesday 19th February
Cambridge - Thursday 21st February
Glasgow - Tuesday 26th February
Manchester - Thursday 28th February
Dublin - Tuesday 5th March
