Actuators supplied to Chinese tank farm

Over 100 modular electric actuators have been supplied by AUMA for use on the largest tank farm in Tianjin located in Tianjin Nanjiang Port, China.

The SAEX and ACEX model valve control devices were supplied with SIMA masterstations. The explosion-proof and non-intrusive capability of the products, backed by redundant Modbus RTU communication, met the complex technical requirements of the scheme.

The prestigious tank farm scheme is a significant chemical storage base in Bohai providing 950,000m3 of storage capacity.
