Stemmer Imaging distributes 3D sensors

08 April 2011

Canadian-based LMI Technologies and Stemmer Imaging have signed a distribution agreement that will make LMI’s Gocator 2000 series of smart 3D sensors available in Germany, UK, Ireland, France, Austria and Switzerland. Gocator is an all-in-one solution that makes 3D measurement and control for factory automation accessible and affordable to all levels of users.

Users can connect, set up exposure and speeds, visualise profiles, measure dimensions, select communication outputs, and monitor results using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari web browsers. This built-in web connectivity enables users to access the sensor from any PC without additional software, drivers, control boxes, amplifiers, or dependency on a specific operating system.
