UKIVA unveils seminar programme

The UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA) will hold a series of seminars at UK exhibition, Photonex. From November 3 to 4, the exhibition will take over the International Centre in Telford.

The seminar programme is titled ‘Aspects of Imaging’, and will cover new products to practical uses of vision in the production environment.

Complete seminar program details will be available on the UKIVA website once they have been finalised, but a number of topics have already been tabled. These include: ‘New Camera technologies that solve real world problems’, ‘An introduction to Machine Vision - how to specify a vision system for Lighting, Lenses, Machine Vision Tools’ and ‘What’s new in digital image processing, sensors and camera technology’.

Places at the seminars can be booked in advance on-line or by e-mailing jennie@ukiva.org. Booking in advance will also secure a CD containing PDF copies of all of the presentations.
