CenFRA hopes to bolster profile with new boss

The Centre for Food Robotics and Automation (CenFRA) has appointed a new managing director to bolster its efforts in promoting robotics and automation within food and drink manufacturing industries. Steve Blazye will work to raise the organisation’s profile, promoting its project support and management services.

Blazye will also work to bolster CenFRA's relationships with both equipment manufacturers and food and drink industry experts through the development of the company's Technical Advisory Group (TAG).

The TAG is designed to ensure CenFRA has access to market information and technology trends in automation and robotics.

Blazye said: "There are exciting times ahead for CenFRA and I am delighted to be part of this thriving organisation. I believe passionately in CenFRA's role within the food and drink industry, which I consider to be vital to ensuring its future sustainability and competitiveness.
