As a result of the survey, I’m very pleased to say the company is a particularly worthy winner,’ he added.The Trusted Trader scheme is part of BCAS’s drive to promote high standards across the industry. It builds on the Code of Practice introduced in 2006 that sets out the standards members engaged in sales and service must meet. Airchannel managing director, Alastair Shanks, said he was delighted to win the award and said: ‘I appreciate the effort and commitment that staff have put into ensuring we deliver customer satisfaction.’
