The company, based near Salzburg, has about 320 employees, half of them working in R&D. The new construction comes seven years after Building II and will allow the company to expand to 450 employees. "Due to our strong growth, we had reached our capacity limits. With building III, we have now created space for more capacity and success," says Theodor Kusejko Executive Manager for Production and Purchasing, who oversaw the construction of Building III. All the R&D departments were combined in the upper floor of the new building to simplify communication and create an optimal environment for developing innovative products, he said.
