Two new AC inverters from Gefran

Gefran has expanded its product line with two new series of AC inverters: the basic SIEIDrive ADV20 and the advanced ADV50. The more advanced model includes an integrated PLC.

The ADV20 has a latest generation V/F control and a full series of functions integrated in the standard software, including automatic acceleration/deceleration, cooling fan control, and integrated control of a brake on the motor.

The power range is from 0.4 kW to 3.7 kW

The ADV20 inverter is designed for the worldwide market, so it is available with 115 VAC and 230 VAC single-phase and 400 VAC…480 VAC three-phase power supplies.

The ADV50, with sensorless vector control, has a double processor that operates the integrated PLC. With an onboard programmable controller, the user can create his own machine automation without any additional external components.

The ADV50 is available for 230 VAC single-phase and three-phase, and 400 VAC…480 VAC three-phase power supplies, with power range from 0.4 kW to 11 kW.

With EMC filter as standard, and a variety of optional modules to communicate with fieldbuses or expand I/Os, the ADV20 and ADV50 can satisfy automation architectures at all technology levels.

Applications include: conveyor belts, air conditioning systems, packaging machines, pumps, water treatment, compressors, automatic doors, mixers, extruders, conveyors.
