International flow measurement conference goes virtual

08 September 2020

Reflecting ongoing worldwide restrictions the 2020 North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop has been transformed into a virtual event which will take place from 26 to 29 October 2020.

Hosted by TÜV SÜD National Engineering Laboratory, this year’s theme is ‘technical innovation’ and how this relates to the future of flow measurement, with discussion topics widened to include low carbon, energy and downstream businesses.

The technical programme features a line-up of flow measurement expert speakers who will share their field experiences and present the latest research into all aspects of flow measurement. The technical sessions will be chaired by industry experts including Imed Benlizidia, Saudi Aramco; Nigel Holmes, Scottish Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association; and Stuart Broadley, EIC.

This year’s interactive experience aims t retain the core values of previous workshops –  maintaining a highly technical focus with delegates engaging directly with flow measurement experts to promote knowledge transfer.
