The Japan based company will supply products and services including its Centum CS3000 Integrated Production Control System, ProSafe-RS Safety Instrumented System and STARDOM Network-based Control System.Teruyoshi Minaki, director and executive vice president of Yokogawa’s international business headquarters, said the company delivered “forward-looking and reliable” upstream automation solutions.“The agreement helps pave the way for Yokogawa to become No.1 in the global IA market by 2010,” he said.“We chose Yokogawa based on BP’s E&P segment strategy in the major projects area with the overall objective of improving BP’s performance,” said Neil Shaw, E&P Technology vice president of projects and engineering. “We are looking to develop a longer term, more collaborative performance based relationship with Yokogawa to deliver transformational performance
