New format for vision technology forum

26 June 2017

This year Stemmer Imaging’s Machine Vision Technology Forum will have a new two-day format. Taking place on 15th and 16th November 2017 at the Silverstone Wing Exhibition and Conference Centre, the event now features a complete day dedicated to hands-on training. The second day will include a technical seminar program, live product demonstrations and a new ‘Integrator Zone’ with real-world application examples.

Commenting on the move, Mark Williamson, director – corporate market development at Stemmer Imaging, said: “This is an exciting development for our event. The huge demand that we have had for hands-on sessions at our previous Vision Technology Forums and the training courses that we run throughout each year has highlighted the desire for people to be able to spend time with the equipment. The new first day of the Forum will provide delegates with in-depth training of their choice (worth £395) in an environment where they can get one-on-one advice and can proceed at their own pace. In order to ensure that everyone receives the level of personal attention that they need, we have limited the number of places on the first day to 50 people. We will, of course, continue to offer our traditional hands-on taster training sessions on the second day of the event.”

The charge for Days 1 and 2 combined is £150, reduced to £120 for registrations made before 31st August 2017. This includes hotel accommodation on the night of 15th November, free return transport between the hotel and Silverstone, Gala dinner with entertainment, priority entrance to Day 2 and complimentary lunch and refreshments on both days at the event. Additional information will be posted on www.stemmer-imaging.co.uk from August. Anyone wishing to register in advance can use the pre-registration form.

Admission to Day 2 only is free and includes complimentary lunch and refreshments.
