Hayes boosts customer service

Hayes Control Systems is expanding, in the UK and abroad, with new appointments and its first overseas office for building automation.

The company, exclusive UK supplier of Beckhoff automation products, hopes its two new sales managers, Bjorn Martenson and Neil March, will work in accordance with the recently received ISO 9000.

Alan Smith, quality manager for Hayes, said: “The ISO 9000 is a formal guarantee for quality assurance and sets the scene for successful business development. In order to receive it, Hayes had to undergo a six-stage process to ensure flawless levels of customer satisfaction and internal working strategies.”

Martenson added: “As members of a valued team Neil and I will focus on ensuring consistent standards in the UK and abroad. The certification has internal status, and I look forward to adhering to it in Dubai.”
