Rugged safety light curtain

The EZ-SCREEN LS light curtain features thick aluminium housing and metal end caps to ensure it can handle challenging situations like power press and metal forming operations. 

 

Highly visible and intuitive bi-colour alignment indicators enable easy setup and troubleshooting and streamlined installation. The end-to-end sensing design of the light curtain eliminates gaps in detection when mounted on top of machine work surfaces and between cascaded segments. 

The system requires no PC software, DIP switches or other device for configuration, which helps ensure its ease of use.

 

The light curtain is available in three resolutions –14mm, 23mm and 40mm –with a range of up to 12m. Sensor lengths range from 280mm to 1,820mm in 70mm increments. Dual-scan technology provides high immunity to EMI, RFI, ambient light, weld flash, and strobe light for dependable operation in harsh environments.
