Stemmer Imaging has introduced 3D measurement tools in an effort to enhance the accuracy of three-dimensional measurements in industrial vision applications. CVB Metric 3D and CVB Merge 3D were chosen to allow accurate calibration of 3D images and to overcome potential problems in laser triangulation image acquisition, resulting from shadows in the laser line.
