A Dutch regional television program has used analytical X-ray equipment in a challenge to identify contaminated chocolate. An X’Pert Pro Multi-Purpose Diffractometer (MPD), from PANalytical, which has its UK base in Cambridge, was used by a group of students to successfully discover a chocolate laced with a sleep-inducing drug.
