The CSI 2140 provides superior technology for analysing machinery vibration and detecting potential problem before they lead to unplanned downtime. This new analyser delivers four-channel simultaneous data collection functionality, wireless and Bluetooth communication, and a full-colour touchscreen. It has the fastest route collection capability on the market, enabling workers to spend more time on higher-value tasks.
The CSI 2140’s ergonomic shape and lighter weight make route data collection easier on users. Data collection is over 50% faster than with other analysers, meaning routes are completed more quickly and time spent in uncomfortable or dangerous environments is minimised. The screen is easy to read in both direct sunlight and dark areas and auto-adjusts based on ambient lighting. Wireless communications allow users to send collected data from the field back to the office without a return trip.
Because over 50% of mechanical issues are caused by bearing wear, the CSI 2140 features Emerson’s unique PeakVue™ technology for earliest detection of developing problems in bearings. With four-channel data collection, users can collect vertical, horizontal, and axial reading on a bearing at the same time. In addition, advanced diagnostics embedded in the CSI 2140 help users drive to the root cause of mechanical issues.
