Online support in seven languages

Rockwell Automation is now offering its online support ,Knowledgebase, in seven languages.

Knowledgebase is included with all TechConnect support agreements and is now available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese; providing customers with access to nearly 40,000 technical notes, documents and solutions in their preferred language.

In addition, customers are now also able to submit questions and chat live with Rockwell Technical Support engineers in their local language and can also engage in peer-to-peer conversations to share engineering tips and best practices via interactive forums as part of the Rockwell Automation Support Center.

To change the Website’s default language, customers select their preferred language from a drop-down menu on the Home page.
