Collaborating to improve flare gas efficiency and compliance

Emerson and Fluenta are collaborating to provide ultrasonic flare gas measurement solutions for the oil and gas and chemical industries to improve energy efficiency and comply with increasing regulations across the globe to measure, monitor, and report flare gas emissions.

The collaboration enables Emerson to better serve its customers through a single supplier agreement to provide flow solutions to address the toughest challenges. In conjunction with Fluenta, Emerson is now able to offer customers a full suite of ultrasonic fiscal meters for custody transfer and flare gas metering applications.
 
With customers are seeking advanced flare gas monitoring and energy management solutions to better comply with environmental regulations and to help optimise energy usage Emerson’s broad flow metering portfolio, combined with Fluenta’s flare gas metering product line, enables customers to control mass balance, monitor CO2, detect abnormal process changes to prevent leakage, and limit excessive steam consumption for smokeless flaring.
